Loan Application Form

When submitting this Application Form, please email the following information to loan@huntleighcapitalgroup.com and indicate the name of your company for reference in your email. 

 

  1. Your Business Plan (Executive Summary, Details Cost Model, Sales and Marketing Plan and Projections, Profits and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows in Excel).

  2. Resumes and CIS of shareholders holding more than 20% shares.

  3. Company Financial Reports for last 3 years.

  4. Tax Filing for last 3 years

  5. Company Bank statements for up to 3 years ago.
