Huntleigh and Win Win Corporation Joint Venture
Huntleigh Capital Group and the Win Win Group of Thailand have formed a Joint Venture in the businesses of Iron Ore Production, Syrup Refinery, and PPE production to accommodate corporate expansion through corporate restructuring and new capital injection. This joint venture is strategic to both companies as they are poised to enter a multi-business partnership that will generate over one billion US dollars annually in combined revenues.

Huntleigh and Phuc Thien Construction Joint Venture
Huntleigh Capital Group has formed a strategic Joint Venture with Phuc Thien Construction Company in Viet Nam to purchase and invest in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) production, to provide project funding to manufacturing and commercial real estate development projects, to provide merger, acquisition, privatization, corporate restructuring, and bad debt resolution services to help improve the finances for Vietnamese SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), and to undertake commodity trading projects to sell Vietnamese domestic products to the global markets and participate in the barter trades with various countries. These financial activities will provide great business opportunities for the two JV Partners and very positive long term outlook for Viet Nam as they are expected to help solve bad debt problems, stimulate growth and improve the economy of the country of Viet Nam as a whole.
